Liderazgo y rol de enfermería en el equipo de salud

Resumen

Introducción: el liderazgo es la capacidad que una persona tiene para poder influir en el pensamiento y actitudes de otra, con el objetivo de llegar a alcanzar los objetivos planteados, en ello, se hace referencia a cada estilo de liderazgo implementado por enfermería ya que no solo se encarga del cuidado del paciente sino de mantener un ambiente armonioso entre el equipo de salud. Objetivo: Analizar los estilos de liderazgo y el rol de enfermería en el equipo de salud. Metodología: Revisión sistemática desarrollada con bases de datos como Pubmed, Elseiver, Scielo y Scopus, dentro de los últimos cinco años para dar mayor veracidad a la información redactada. Resultados: El liderazgo llega a ser un aspecto de vital importancia dentro de enfermería ya que uno de los roles que desarrolla dicha profesión es ser líder, para ello se necesita de habilidades y actitudes que sumen al equipo de salud. Conclusión: Dentro del equipo de salud, la enfermería es vital pues dicha profesión interactúa con los demás profesionales y brindan una atención directa con calidad y calidez, asimismo el liderazgo caracteriza a cada enfermera pues al implementarlo se verán cambios evidentes tanto en el paciente como en el trabajo en equipo.
