Análisis de la actividad física en los estudiantes universitarios: una revisión sistemática
Abstract
Los años universitarios son una etapa crucial en la vida de las personas, donde se sientan las bases para el futuro, no solo se adquieren conocimientos y habilidades académicas, sino que también se consolidan hábitos que tienen un impacto significativo en la salud física y mental a largo plazo. En este contexto, la actividad física es un factor determinante para la calidad de vida de los estudiantes universitarios. El objetivo fue analizar el nivel de actividad física en la población estudiantil y su asociación con la calidad de vida, para ello se usó la metodología PRISMA adicionando la evaluación de la calidad metodológica de los artículos seleccionados para la revisión, mediante la aplicación de la metodología se obtuvieron diez artículos en bases de datos de alto impacto. Concluyendo que la actividad física tiene impacto positivo dentro de los estudiantes universitarios en su salud física, mental y otros.
