nes, lo que sugiere que hay cierta homoge-
neidad entre los diferentes grupos de edad.
En resumen, estos datos demuestran que
el crecimiento y la maduración del cuerpo
impactan en todas las variables antropomé-
tricas, lo que subraya la importancia de
ajustar las estrategias de entrenamiento y
nutrición según la etapa de desarrollo.
En conclusión, este estudio demuestra que
la composición corporal en jóvenes futbo-
listas varía significativamente con la edad
y la posición, lo que resalta la necesidad
de adaptar las intervenciones deportivas y
nutricionales a estas variables. Los hallaz-
gos ofrecen una base valiosa para mejorar
el rendimiento y el bienestar físico de los
jugadores, aunque futuras investigaciones
podrían investigar este tema.
